Our Barrington Gift Suite allows your guest to:

• Select their gift
• Personalize with initials(optional)
• Select their pattern(optional)
• Receive in 30 days after event

 HOW IT WORKS:

• Customer selects items to offer as well as the HD Weave Nylon Patterns to offer  their guest for their event
• Barrington produces samples of the items to offer at the event in 3 weeks.
• The leather trim and color must be the same for each item selected(i.e. Florentine British Tan or Black or all Milan(Vegan-British Tan or Black)
• The total minimum order is 24 pcs per item (but you can assort the 24 pcs. between the 3-5 HD Weave fabric patterns)
• Guest can personalize each item with their initials on leather patch-Add $6.00
• Each item has a custom lining with corporate/sponsor logo or lining can be blank(linings must be the same on all items)
• Each item can have corporate/sponsor (1 color) on the gift box or duster bag(imprint must be the same on all items)
• Within 30 days after event, Barrington ships gift directly to recipient
• Barrington can also enclose a generic “Thank You” letter with each shipment-$3.00 per shipment
• All orders are shipped directly to your recipients office or home via FedEx 
• Price per item varies based on item and trim selection.

PROGRAM COST:

• Total cost of all merchandise ordered must be minimum of $20K.
• Set-Up Charge: $75 per logo.
• Sample Cost: For Items for Event: TBD(Allow 3 weeks for samples).
• Samples paid at time of order
• Barrington Onsite Management Fee: $4,500 (includes travel expenses and staff of 2-3 for 1 day event-5-7 hours). Paid in advance.
• Travel must be booked and paid 60 days in advance.
• Payment for final product selection is due at end of event once all orders have been placed.

CUSTOM LINING

Each item comes with custom cream lining with step and repeat pattern of corporate/sponsor logo. Lining must be the same for all items offered. 

STOCK HD WEAVE PATTERNS 

We offer stock HD Weave patterns as well 11 patterns where we can insert 2 PMS colors of corporate/sponsor logo.

PERSONALIZATION

Each item can is debossed with corporate/sponsorship logo or can personalized with recipients initials-$5.00 ea.. Must select one deboss option(cannot offer both).

PACKAGING

All duffels, backpacks, totes and travel accessories are packaged in a Muslin drawstring duster bag. Smaller items are packaged in 2 pcs gift box.
