• The total minimum order per item is 24 pcs per item/material/color
• The total quantity of all items must be 150+
• For specific items, player can personalize with their initials on leather luggage tag or leather patch depending on the item. Add $5.00 per pc.
• Each item has a custom lining with bowl logo in tonal or full color 
• Each item is packaged in muslin duster bag branded with bowl logo in full color
• Within 25-30 days after bowl game, Barrington ships items bulk to school(s) athletic department-1 location.
• Barrington can also enclose a generic “Thank You” letter with each shipment-$3.00 per shipment
• Price includes bulk freight charge to school

PROGRAM COST:

• Total cost of all merchandise ordered for gift suite must be minimum of $30K.
• Set-Up Charge for Bowl Logo: $75.00
• Sample Cost: For Items for Event: TBD(Allow 30 days weeks for samples).
• Samples paid at time of order
• Barrington Onsite Management Fee: $5,000 (includes travel expense and staff of 2 for 1 day event). 
• Travel must be booked and paid 90 days in advance.
• 50% Deposit Required.
• Balance for final product selection is due within 5-7 days after event.

CUSTOM LINING

Each item comes with custom cream lining with step and repeat pattern in tonal or full color imprint of bowl logo. Lining must be the same for all items offered. 

STOCK HD WEAVE PATTERNS 

We offer stock HD Weave patterns as well 11 patterns where we can insert 2 PMS colors of bowl logo.

PERSONALIZATION

Each item can is debossed with corporate logo or can personalized with recipients initials-$5.00 ea.. Must select one deboss option(cannot offer both).

PACKAGING

All duffels, backpacks, totes and travel accessories are packaged in a Muslin drawstring duster bag. Our money clips and luggage tags(when ordered separately) are packaging in our 2 pc gift box with full color.
